how can one manage the salah timings in countries which have longer days…similarly what is the ruling for fasting timings in such areas.

My brother works in ship and stays in sea for few days so just wanted to know if it’s compulsory on him to fast or can he make up when he returns home.also let me know is it obligatory on him as he takes sea sickness pills and he comes in traveller category.
