ANSWER:

The reward with wudhu is higher. However, he is rewarded for reciting the quran whether from the actual book or from an app.

Hope you are in good health by the grace of Allah. I would like to ask you what is the reward of a person who reads Quran on a PDA or any gadget without wudhu ( ablution ) when compare to reading Quran in the state of wudhu ( ablution ). Is it same or its different?
