ANSWER:

No problem in bathing using a bucket of water. It is prohibited to take a bath IN stagnate water and not from it! 

As long as you are pouring water & it reaches all your body parts, the Ghusl is valid.

From your tweet, I came to know that we can’t take ghusl in stagnant water (i.e. bath tub). But if there’s no tap water, then what to do? In this situation, I complete my ghusl from the bucket water that also is stagnant and during ghusl some water from body drops inside of it. Is my ghusl valid?
