ANSWER:

The day which is equivalent to a thousand years is related to this dunya where Allah’s commands in this dunya in one day is equivalent to our times and ability of a thousand years.

While the day of judgment is equivalent to 50,000 years of ours in length.

Therefore, these are two different days with different lengths. 

From my understanding in the quran and hadith 50000 years is the day of judgements so i was wondering what the Alf sanah mentioned in surah sajdah and other surahs means.
