ANSWER:

They must do their best and maintain lowering the gaze. 

For someone living in the west, even if they lower gaze but how can they do so in a class where the teacher is either a women or students sitting in sitting in front where someone has to look in order to pay attention to the board or teacher.

I know in the Quran we learn that seafood is halal for us, but recently someone mentioned that basa fish may be haraam. I did a Google search which says: Eat any fish that has scales, and do not eat what does not have scales.” Imam Al-Baqir (a.s.) the claim is that basa fish has scales and so it is not permissible to eat. Can you clarify?
