This is how Allah prescribed it and He knows what is best for His servants. This is not manmade law. This is from Allah.

Even thought 99% of men would look at a woman, there is still a percentage of women that look at men. So why are men not prescribed to cover from head to toe. Most girls follow guys of insta ..etc and even run after boys in college. And does this mean that “ugly” girls dont need hijab as no one will look at them anyways when they have the beautiful ones to look at?
