ANSWER:

No, this is not the proper understanding of the hadith. 

The hadith is clear and there’s no problem in young children playing with dolls and soft toys. Saying it was abrogated needs evidence stating the dates. 

Due to the possibility prophet (pbuh) might have approved of Aisha’s possession of dolls b4 the order to efface suras was revealed, its best to train girls using non-corporeal toys in order to be safe from the questionable matter. In doing so we r acting in accordance to the Hadith leave what causes u doubt and act on what does not cause doubt. Therefore the permission could be considered Mansukh?

I saw a women falling from the stairs while i was climbing and i remembered the hadeeth which says “it’s better for you to hammer a nail in your head than touch a women” hence i didn’t touched her and let her fall.
