ANSWER:

If a person provides for his wife and children their basic requirements and he has extra money and his father is in need, he must give him.

Does wife & kids have the only right over man’s earnings or man’s parents also have the right over it in both cases whether the man’s father have a source of earning & is in fine health or he has no source of income & is in fine health but rather not being pro-active towards work/employment.
