I have a couple of questions to ask you. 1) What is the ruling of qunut during the tahajjud prayer? some people say that it not permissible for us to raise our hands and say “Ameen” behind the Imam. Is this true?

This is false. It is sunnah to raise your hands in Duaa of Qunoot.

Sheikh what is the ruling on reciting a long dua after the dua e qunoot in salatul witr? As some oppose it by saying that there is a ruling of sheikh albani that he said a long dua in witr should not be done. Pls can you throw some light upon this.

This is against the sunnah and inappropriate.

Our Imam during Tahajjud will do ruku for like 3 to 5 minutes. Is this ok and what should be recited after the normal azkar? The sujud is prolonged too but I understand that one can pray their desire in sujud. Is it ok to prolong that long?

There are many Athkar you can say as described by our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam. Subhana raby al atheem as many times you want. Also you may add: subuhun qudus rabu al -malaikati wa ruh

I am working in mnc company. I cannot be awake whole night in Ramadan as I have to work 9 hr next day. Will Allah reward me atleast 40-50 years of ibadah out of 83.3 year (night of qadr better than 1000 month)if I do worship till 12 am?

Do your best and leave the calculation to Allah.

I have heard almost everywhere that laylutal Qadr comes any day of the ten days which we don’t know but Allah knows the best then why is it that I see only people coming in huge amounts only onwards 27th night n 29th night just bcoz they come to know from scholors that these are the most likely night of Qadr to perform your prayers and rest other days is not as imp. As 27th n 29th night.

Taraweeh can be prayed throughout Ramadan. Lailatul qadr is not a prayer but rather a night!

sheikh I neither speak nor understand arabic. I wanted to know if its permissible to read the translation of quran in taraweh prayers I.e from Arabic to English.

I have three small daughters due to this my wife is not able and pray qiyam in Masjid so I let her go alternate days and I take care of kids (one night I go and other night I let her go) when she goes I pray at home is that OK please advise
