The masjid imam in our community pray zuhar as usual and then pray two rakah for Asr as combining the two salat during rain. Although the rain had stopped and the sun was almost out, the imam still combined two salats. The question I have is that he pray four rakah for zuhar and then two rakah for Asr? I only know that one must pray four rakah each salat even when combing for rain. Is the two rakah for Asr ok? should I repeat Asr and pray four rakah?

What your Imam is doing is wrong and they have to repeat the prayer as it is invalid. It is permissible to combine prayers in case of rain that is muddy and would wet clothes. But it is not permissible to shorten prayers except for people who are traveling.

During Tashahud in prayer, we have to form an arc of a circle using our fingers, but when do we let our fingers go to normal poistion again—is it after the first Tasleem, or after both Tasleems?

It is the way of your life that determines your concentration. Therefore, if you abide by the Quran and Sunnah, you will get the concentration desired.

Before he offers salaam he say between tashahud n salaam ,durood e ibrahim,should we also silently say it or just say tashahud n wait fr salaam n get up fr praying missed rakah.

Witr is Sunnah and highly recommended. It is to be prayed one rak’ah minimum and any odd number as maximum. Preferable to be 11 in total.

When is the time at fajir prayer your not supposed to prayer (like when the sun riseses) and after that do i pray when its all daylight outside or should i pray it the next day after the fajir “fard” prayer

It is not permissible to postpone any Fard prayer. Fard prayers are all exempted from any time restrictions and they can be prayed anytime of the day. Therefore, you must pray it as soon as you wake up.
