These are speculations and not facts! It is possible but to some extent, people are giving credit for things they don’t have a hand in as if they are truly controlling the world.

I am 27. My parents have been on a groom hunt for long. We get proposals and when people accept us and we are about to take things forward, the opposite party has to back out because of some or the other tragedy in their lives. This happened about 6 times with 6 different proposal families. Everything goes smooth untill a tradegy strikes them and they have to back out or put us hold. Like once this guy lost his job. Another family has a terrible buisness loss. This other family lost their elder son and were in serious shock. Things of these sorts have repeated. All seems well and then they face a loss and we have to cancel the alliance. Please guide as to what could be the problem.

A person is rewarded for any calamity that happens to him or her proving one is patient and not complaining.

I live in Sri Lanka and people from the masjid continuously come home and ask me to come out with them to different others masjids to learn the religion and to do dawah etc. They also ask me to be open minded, show some commitment and this program would help me, I am unable to find a reason to refuse,,, Would u please tell me how to reject to such thing

I live in India where majority of people are hindu. In day to day life, we have to interact with them for many reasons. If my intention is good to spread brotherhood and live together happily what if I take part in their festivals and they in mine?

This is not permissible. You can invite them to your house for the purpose of dawah but you are not allowed to go to their festival and you must not have best friends from non muslims.

If a shampoo has alcohol as an ingredient can we use it? I bought the shampoo without reading the list of ingredients. Now I don’t know if I should use it. It says a good shampoo for thickening hair.

I had watched a movie ‘The Vow’ recently.Inspired by a true story,itz abt a woman who goes into coma bcuz of an accident.She recovers but has no memory of her marriage & her husband tries to win her back. What shud a Muslim do wen faced with such a critical situation as the girl won’t remember the marriage and in Islam, marriage is a serious issue.

It is prohibited for you to watch such a movie. If she doesn’t recall a the and refuses totally to be with this man, the judge separates them. He may give her some time to reconsider but must not be forced to be with him against her will!
