My question refers to the start of my period not the end. At which point should I stop praying and fasting?

When the blood start gushing, you should stop. The different colors that come before that are not considered to be blood.

I recently had a baby on the 20th of january to be exact and its been 40days today and my post partum bleeding has not stopped i am aware that i must pick up on my prayers now that the limit of days has been reached, can i have sexual relationship?

If this bleeding is not resembles your menstruation the answer is , yes you can start your prayers and you can have sex with your husband.

From 6thday of my periods it stopped and turned into dark brown color then from 8th day it turned into light brown water type it was same till 12day so what should I do in this situation.This is happening with me from 6 months

You should wait until you see your purity or reach 15 days

In some places there is a practice of giving gifts like gold or dresses at the time when a girl reaches maturity (first menstrual period). Does it has anything to do with Islam? or is it simply a custom?

I would like to know if a man is born with a female body part or a woman is born with a male body part does he or she get married and if so to which sex? Jazakallah

This is a medical problem that must be looked at by the doctors to determine whether he is a male or a female and then continue the treatment accordingly.
