You can help them financially, make lot of Duaa for them, and do your best to be pious and righteous, because Allah has promised to give victory for ummah if they apply the deen.

You can send them money. Jihad requires the flag of a Muslim ruler to fight under.

I wanted to know that one is living in a Muslim country which runs the banking system which is usury and interest based and sells alcohol and has prostitution however there is peace there are masajids every one can follow the sunnah. In this case do the civilians oppose the rulers for not following the shari’ah completely. Will they be questioned about not opposing them?

As long as the ruler is a Muslim, he is sinful and Muslims should obey him only in halal but must not revolt against him.

During the 1965 war between India and Pakistan many Pakistani soldiers strapped bombs onto themselves and blew themselves up,taking Indian tanks with them.Question is, is this kind of suicide permissible? The war would have otherwise ended in India conquering Pakistan.Folks praise these suicidee soldiers as martyrs in the path of something and say it was justified at that time.

This is normal and permissible. What is not permissible is to give preference to their country over Islam.

What ever is happening in Syria today and seeing all these innocent children and people killed what Islam recommends during these circumtances .. as i believe its no longer game of patience as it has crossed those lines ages ago. Please answer it in light of Islam.

What is the ruling on the leader of a Muslim country who collaborates with the enemies of Muslims against Muslims? For example if he helps the enemies catch Muslims who they are going to torture even without evidence against these Muslims.
