Recently I had a Muslim greet me with “Qadir alaykum salaam”. Is this greeting from the Qur’an and/or Sunnah?

No, this is not the greeting of Muslims.

What is the ruling of wearing a garland of flowers(The garlanding is a long string on which there are roses and flowers that is worn around the neck.) on occasions such as marriages,‘aqeeqahs,student who got admission in Medical or engineering degree, and while giving gift etc ? Because this custom is widespread here in India and Pakistan. Is this action bid‘ah (innovation)? or it is not permissible just because the Muslims have acquired from the kuffaar.

It appears to me that this is not permissible as it has been acquired from the Kafirs and because it is innovated in Islam. it is showing gratitude and being thankful by wearing this garlanding.

Yes, it is and it is also imitating the Kuffar.

22 Ibn Qayyim said that one of the innovations of Jumah Khutba is starting with Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Raheem, because the sunnah of the prophet (saw) would be to start with Alhamdullilah. LIke for letters/treaties he (saw) would start with Bismillah but not when he (saw) would give a speech. What about speeches that were not part of the Friday Khutba? Insha Allah Ajawajal can you expand on this? Also because Bidah leads to the hell fire but how can someone who start with “Bismillah” Be thrown into the fire!?!?

This is restricted to Friday and Eid Khutba All other lectures, it is recommended to begin it with Bismillah.

You should avoid their bid’ah and sins and not help them doing it but you also should obey them and be respectful with them when they are not involved in these things. You should try your level best to see which way is the best for gaining their hearts.

I pray that u receive this message in best of ur health and iman ..ameen ..my question is to know about any hadith about authenticity of kalima tayyaba ..la illaha illallahu muhammadur rasoolalah saww ” and six kalima normally memorized in indo pak subcontinent ?

This is innovated and baseless, though some of them are recommended in hadeeth but not whole combined with the 6 kalimah.

Sheikh saying Juma Mubarik is not recommended according to Scholars. But, saying Ramadan Mubarik is not a bid’ah???? Why?
