ANSWER: She was born out of wedlock and hence she is not your sister. However, you can’t marry her just to be safe but she is not your mahram.

ANSWER: The child is born out of wedlock and is not related to his biological father nor can carry his name or inherit him. He can provide for him and give him money if he wishes but must cut all communications with his mother as she is not related to him.

Yes, this is what you should do as this man is not father.

A brother committed zina and had two children from that. He has now married the sister he committed zina with. Can the children he had with her now be attributed to him? and can they inherit from him according to the strongest opinion?

I have lost an item which I desperately need and cannot find it at all. I have read many duas for when you lose something. I know Allah is testing me so I am trying my best to be patient. I was just wondering would it work if I did istikhara in hope that Allah would give me a sign/dream to show me where I can find my item ? If so, how do I do istikhara properly ?

You can only ask Allah for your lost thing! Istikhara here wouldn’t be from the sunnah.

I will be getting married to a revert man who has two children from his previous marriage while he was still a Hindu with a Muslim woman. Their marriage was a civil marriage as he did not convert. They get divorced and the two children are with the mother. My concern is are these two children (a boy and a girl) considered his children or illegitimate? Is he responsible for the two children? And if I were to marry him, this revert man, is his son a mahram to me? Can we stay under one roof? What about his daughter? Is he a mahram to her? If I were to have children with him in future what are the relations between my children and his children? Please help me to clear my doubts. I do not want to live in sin.

Though the marriage was void, he had taken the children in and gave them his name. Therefore, they are now his legitimate children and the boy is Mahram to you.

I live 5 km from a jeweler i whant to sell him my gold and he whants to buy it but he is giving me lower then the gold course am i allowed to sell him my gold ?

If you want to sell gold that you have, it is OK to sell it lower or higher than the market price as long as the giving of the gold and taking of the cash takes place immediately and at the same time
