It is forbidden to dance hip hop because this is a Kafir way of dancing.

Sheikh, some toys for infants & kids have music in them so that kids enjoy. And kids do enjoy, i.e. a kid is crying alot n we turn on that music and toy then he keeps quite and starts playing. Is that allowed?

It is not allowed to have such toys with music. Remove the music and it becomes permissible.

It depends on the contents.

Is playing air soft permissible? It’s like a sport where you get fake guns with like small round shaped plastic or sometimes metal the size of a small bead. You shoot at other people but when someone gets hit they raise there guns and when you see that you can’t shoot at them anymore. But the sport is really athletic and prepares you mentally for real life situations. Because it does hurt when you get hit but its does not kill and you have body armor. It only hurts if you get hit where you don’t have armor. You have like a face guard to protect your face. Like goggles mouths guard or even a full face guard. Basically a bunch of the youth Muslim ages from like 15-20 want to participate on this but we want to know the ruling on it. Also we play this in a controlled environment under a companies control. So they have all this medical stuff and everything you need to be safe. So please tell me if were allowed to play air soft or not? Jazak’Allah khair.

I work as a caretaker. And my next task is to move fitness equipment to a room, so they can start a fitness center.I’m affraid that it will become a fitness center mixed with both women and men. And maybe they are going to set up music.

If music is haram based on the hadith where stringed instruments are not permitted, then can I listen to music that doesn’t contain or deal with the playing of such instrumentsThe genre I’m referring to is Dubstep/drum and bass. Everything is computerized from either laptop or turntable. There are no forbidden musical instruments involved.

No, this is not permissible as the hadeeth clearly states that all musical instruments are forbidden.

What is the ruling on doing optical illusions to trick the eye and to make a thing seem possible which is actually impossible?for example what is the ruling on building a room in which everything is made slanted to an angle and if a person goes in he gets the impression that he is standing at an impossible position?
