A person helped his parents buy a tv.He also helped in the setup.Now due to the music and women the parents are watching thorugh the tv,is this person sinful?Should he pass the remote if he knows they will not mute the music? I don’t. However the general rule is that duff is permissible in weddings, Eid and when a dignitary comes from a long travel.

This depends on the sport and the way a person is being paid, dealt with and how this sport is used with others and its influence. Also, whether there is haram in it or associated with it or not.

Yes, providing it is segregated and there are no awrah exposed.

Shaykh is it kufr to participate in a video or a presentation in which someone commits kufr, if you disapprove in heart and say something against it after? Many watch films etc with kufr in (even if they don’t watch kufr bits) but approve if non kufr bits but are these other bits kufr because the actor is participating in a film with kufr?

This is not kufr as long as he is denying with his heart but this major sin will eventually lead him to kufr as he is watching it and probably happy and enjoying it.

is it permissible to play poker without any gambling/money granted it is played without missing prayer or turning it into a habit (ex. Playing five times in the year). I dont know if its purely based on chance, because you can get bad cards and still win and vice versa.
