I am living in darul harb country(india)my question is.. is riba allowed or not?

No, you will not be sinful unless you have committed something that is haram or neglected something that is mandatory.

Sheikh, my brother forced me to buy for him cigarettes. will i get the share of sin of every cigarette he smoke? i had no choice but to buy.

Can a male give da’wah to ladies through sms or mail or any other method who are not really related to us but sort of a neighbourhood and other known individuals?

If i mock a sunnah or waajib action without knowing that it was a prescribed action or deed in the religion of islam.and i realize my mistake only after uttering the words or doing the action will that be considered as kufr?

Sheikh, if a girl is about to get married and she committed a sin which she has repented from and regrets everyday ,does her husband have any right in knowing what she has done must she tell him or does he have any right to find out himself in researching what does islam have about that?

No one on earth has the right to know and if she tells anyone, she would be sinful.

Is it haram to watch the movie “Passion of the Christ” ?

If during the exams you show someone answers of some questions from your answer book or dictate it to him or sumone else helps you in copying in the same manner, would that be regarded as cheating? If yes, what should i do now apart from repenting to Allah?

Yes, this is cheating. You can only repent, show Allah sincere remorse and ask Him for forgiveness.

Sheikh, would getting hypnotherapy, for lack of confidence, anxiety problems and tics, be considered haram?

Working in a riba-based bank without directly dealing with riba and depositing money in such a bank.I work in a bank in a particular country, in a department that does not deal with riba-based transactions, but the central bank does deal with interest and it is a government foundation. What is the ruling on working in this bank? I hope you can advise me.

Praise be to Allaah. Your working in this bank is haraam, even if you are in a department which does not deal with riba-based transactions.
