While praying nafil or fardh alone, are we allowed to read the quran in a loud voice during the prayer?

When I want to learn a surah I write it down on a paper and then try to learn that surah, is this permissible?

This is perfectly OK. However, you should dispose of that paper properly afterwards.

Is it allowed for a non-muslim to touch the quran (only arabic no translation) or do they have too take a shower or only clean there hands tp touch it.

It is not permissible to allow a non Muslim from touching the Arabic Quran.

I will like to know the meaning of the last verse of surat Al-Imran. Because if I am not mistaking allah commends us to do 3 things before he says ”and fear Allah, so that you may be successful” (3; 200) Does he commends us to be patient twice ?

Sheikh, a Muslim woman (non-Arab origin) has domestic duties and wants to finish her quran in the month of ramadan at the same time, but she does not understand arabic so she reads the translation of each verse. this takes a lot of time. people tell her to only recite the arabic part for now and do not concentrate on the translation for now, keep it for later, because there is an immense reward of reciting even one word of quran in this holy month. however, she is not satisfied with recitation only as its hard to guess what the meaning is… also, reading without recitation makes her mind wander off. there is a dilemma

Is learning Tajweed mandatory for every Muslim?

Learning Tajweed is not mandatory as long as you are saying the letters correctly.

I have a pocket Quran software in my mobile . . .During periods, it is still there in my cell n obviously i touch/use my cell . . . so is there any prob in keeping it or should i delete it ?
