Is there any expiation for borrowing money with riba?

There is no kaffara or expiation for borrowing with interest (Riba). It is a major sin and it has no expiation.

Sheikh, a person swears to Allaah and promised not to do a thing, then if the person did it unconsiously and unintentional, and after doing that then and only then he remembers his promise, what expiation should be offered? is there a difference in expiation and sin if he did it intentionally or unintentionally?

When we expiate for an oath and when we feed 10 poor people,how much do we feed one person and can it be given in cash (paper money)?

You can’t give it in cash and you have to feed that person a proper meal. Therefore, if you give an individual about a kilo and a half of rice or grain, this is sufficient. If you cook a meal for him, this is also acceptable.
