When a person suicides, it is HARAAM and is considered a great sin, so 2 questions arise here as to weather this person killed himself intentionally? or it was the effect of black magic? will he be punished in both the cases?

Allah will hold the person accountable only if he was responsible for his actions. If he was under the influence of black magic, Allah will not hold him accountable. And Allah knows best

What is the ruling on someone who uses haram money (his money is not halal money mixed with haram but all of his money is haram) to open up a business? if he uses haram money to open up a business will the money he gets through the business be haram money aswell?

Can a woman force her husband to swear that he will never take another Wife?And if he broke his promises what is the expiation for this?

Anything a person swears to do or not to do in the future, he can do the opposite of it and expiates by feeding 10 poor people or clothing them or freeing a slave. If he was unable to do any of those things, he must fast 3 days.

Is there any expiation for borrowing money with riba?

There is no kaffara or expiation for borrowing with interest (Riba). It is a major sin and it has no expiation.

Sheikh, a person swears to Allaah and promised not to do a thing, then if the person did it unconsiously and unintentional, and after doing that then and only then he remembers his promise, what expiation should be offered? is there a difference in expiation and sin if he did it intentionally or unintentionally?
