I was happy to follow, you, sheikh salah and like, but recently, i came across a very learned scholor javed ahmed ghamdi from pakistan. but he thinks,with daleel,that many things have nothing to do with deen such as beard, sighting of moon etc…beard you may or not keep but its not a sin to remove..either i investigate myself or follow which one???

shiekh, I feel depressed that I am 25 and i am nowhere close to being something like Muhammad Ali. Is there a dua I can make to Allah to make me more like him so i can be as famous as him and spread islam like him.

You should be more depressed for your Wish! Normal people would hope to be knowledgable in order to know Islam, worship Allah well and get closer to entering paradise! Wanting to be famous would only get you away from Paradise and closer to arrogance and hell.

You sent me a helpful link about the books i need to study to seek knkwledge. I was wondering if its better for me to get these books in arabic or english such as the books Kashf al Shibuhaat wa al usool al thalatha. My arabic is good but not amazing. Id understand most of he book but not all

I read this fatwa on islamqa https://islamqa.info/en/200668 I work in a school in which they teach qa’idah and they have single words like “alhamdu” and other words from the Quraa’n as part of learnjng exercise to teach children how to spell and join letters to make words. I am worried does this also come under the same ruling.
