A student of BSCS came to me for developing his final year project. He knew very little programming. Project date was close and he had nothing to show. So, by deciding a certain amount of money i made him his project. I helped him clearing his project but some say its unethical to make someone else project. So, is it permissible to make project and earn in this circumstance ?

A middleman opens a website with his own brand, he has an agreement with the wholesaler(other brand) that he will find retail customers for him. Middleman sets his own retail price on the website. The customers come directly to the wholesaler, buy the product on pre-agreed price, middleman gets his commission after that. Is there anything wrong with this scheme like selling what you don’t possess?

I’m a partner in a construction firm and we take projects according to our financial strength. We have a project coming up which we can take only if we attract an investor. I found one who would invest and take 20% of profit while i told my partner that the firm has to pay 50% of profit to the investor and i would keep the rest. Is this halal?

i borrowed money from my company and still have 10 months to pay it back but I have realized that my job is haram due to free mixing. I want to leave my job but I can’t pay back the loan without a salary, nor will the company allow me. I do my best not to talk to anyone but people talk to me coz it’s normal for them to mix .
