A procurement officer in a company, if he gets the price of item reduced and then takes the amount himself and does not tell the employer and shows the documents of the original price, is this allowed?

I have a non-muslim friend asking me for a loan. She wants to pay off a lease bill for a motor vehicle with this money. After completing the lease she wants to sell off the motor vehicle and repay the loan back to me with that money. I am a sri lankan and in our country there is definitely going to have interest charges. Is it permissible for me to lend her the loan? And if it is not, should I tell her that I cannot lend it to her because ribaa is prohibited in my religion?

Can we avail discount offered to customers when buying things in such a way that they get either points or VOUCHERS for shopping and on their 3rd or 4th shopping they get 10% or £15 off. Here in India land BROKERS follow one technique. They make an arrangement with land owner. The contract format is like, the broker pay the owner (for example)10 million but he will sell to higher price according to his marketing skills. Brokers pay an advance of nominal amount and sell it to 3rd party with higher profit. Here the land owner gets lower amount and does not know the real market value. Is this allowed?

This is not permissible as the original seller should agree with them on a percentage or a fixed amount when the transaction takes place. If he knew how much profit they were making, he would not have approved it in the first place.

There is a supplier in china who is selling Lab Coats for $12.50 and he is selling these lab coats in aliexpress.com. I am living in Russia. I emailed this supplier and asked him whether we could agree for a contract i.e.I shall advertise this product on ebay.com for higher price than $12.50 and he agreed with me that I can keep the extra mark up. Once I get paid from customer, supplier ships the item. Is this permissible?

Suppose If my brother has some DEBT and he died before pay it and he suggested me to pay his debt. And the amount is big so it may take some time to return may be one year or more. Now in this in between period he will be punished in the grave until we pay it? Please explain.

It is not your responsibility to pay off his DEBTS. If you do that willingly, you will be rewarded. As for his punishment, if he had the intention not to return it or he had the means to give it back but didn’t, he will be punished.

It is not allowed to take or give money with interest. But in case where we have no other option except that we must pay back with interest amount. Can one take that loan? Or is there any alternate option?
