Can a mother and father both wash the dead body of their infant, together? And what if mother is in the state of menses or post natal bleeding?

This is permissible.

Here in India, It is a common practice once the dead is buried, at the time of finishing Salathu Janaza, then at the Grave after burial, then after 40 steps on way back; could be a learned person reciting a reasonable portion more so the Last Ayats of Surathul Baqra then of Durood (Sending Salaam to theProphet PBUH). Please guide

Is it Fard on a Muslim to attend the funeral of another Muslim ? What if someone could not attend the funeral because of his job or some other reason ?

Is reciting Surah al Baqarah at the burial site from the religion of Islam? I saw the leader of the Turks doing this and I’ve never seen this before?
