If I fast and then in the afternoon my periods starts then is my fast still valid for the day?

If the period started before magheeb adhan then your fasting is not valid for that day.

I had acid reflux while I was fasting and some vomit came up to my throat. Thinking that it wouldn’t invalidate my fast I swallowed it and then I tried spitting whatever had come up out. Is my fast invalidated because I swallowed it? It wasn’t uncontrollable I could have spat it out but I swallowed it.

If you swallowed what was in your throat, this is ok as it didn’t come out.

My question is that in ramadan i will be 09 months pregnant and i want to keep my fast so is it ok if i am willing to keep my fast or not as everyone is telling me that u will not be doing good to your fetus.

If you are able to fast and there is no danger on you or the baby, this is permissible.

Should we inform the person we feed that it is for our make up fast or can it be just given as a treat?

If he is poor no need to tell him.

I want to ask about fidya of missed fasts. Is it important to feed poor or we can we feed anyone?

Why are you not making up these missed fasts?

Please i would like to know if it is compulsory for me to fast because i am five months pregnant. People are saying i must fast while some are saying i dnt have to. I can feed people.

This is up to you. You can skip these days and make them later on if you fear for your safety or the safety of the pregnancy.

can fasting for the previous ramadan can be make up even after 15of shaban? If one made niyyah for the make up of ramadan and couldnot fast as he did not eat saher,is there any fidya to be given ?

No fidyia must be given. He has to make up that day and ask Allah’s forgiveness. Also he may fast after 15 shaban no problem.

Please can you explain this hadith because this says to fast on 15th shaban. Imran b. Husain (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace he upon him) having said to him or to someone else: Did you fast in the middle of Sha’ban? He said: No. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: If you did not observe fast, then you should observe fast for two days.

I was pregnant with 2 of my children, one of them was 2 ramdans ago and the other was last ramadan. So thats a total of 60 fasts, in which I have managed to fast 2 days. What should I do now?

You should make up the remaining days when ever your are healthy and capable.
