What is the source (i.e. which hadith book) and classification of this hadith please? “It has been narrated from Ibn Umar, that the Prophet (Peace & Blessings be upon him) said, “He who speaks without first giving salaam, then do not answer him (to what he has to say).” Also, if it is authentic, then how should we apply it?

The hadeeth is most likely weak and not authentic!

the people were gripped by drought during the tenure of umar(RA)then a man walked up to the grave of prophet and said :o messenger of allah ask for rain for your Ummah who is in dire straits. Then he saw the Prophet (SAW) in dream. The Prophet (SAW) said to him, Go over to Umar etc etc[Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith # 31993]is this hadeeth sahee plz explain about this hadeeth

This is not authentic.

I heard that there is a hadith which states that when a daughter is born prophet saw sends salam for the family. Is this authentic?

No, it is not!

I’m talking abt the following hadith sheikh: Narrated Abu ‘Amir or Abu Malik Al-Ash’ari (R.A): that he (R.A) heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, “From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of musical instruments, as lawful. And there will be some people who will stay near the side of a mountain and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, ‘Return to us tomorrow.’ Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and He will transform the rest of them into monkeys and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection.” Sahih al-Bukhari » Book of Drinks USC-MSA web (English) reference : Vol. 7, Book 69, Hadith 494

Their destruction would be done overnight and the shepherd will come the following morning and he will not find them!

Is this story true? From where can I get the reference of this story? One day a poor man brought a bunch of grapes to the holy Prophet Muhammad (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) as a gift. The holy Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) ate one, two, three and then the whole bunch of grapes by himself. He did not offer grapes to anyone present. The poor man who brought those grapes was very pleased and left. One of the companions asked, “O prophet of Allah (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) ! How come you ate all the grapes by yourself and did not offer to any one of us present? The holy Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) smiled and said, “I ate all the grapes by myself because the grapes were sour. If I would have offered you, you might have made funny faces and that would have hurt the feelings of that poor man. I thought to myself that it’s better that I eat all of them cheerfully and please the poor man. I did not want to hurt the feelings of that poor man.” Such were the manners of this most noble Prophet of Allah (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam).

This is baseless.

Is this hadith Sahih that when the Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) used to do miswak a sound like “Kha khaah” would come from his mouth?

Found In: Sahih Bukhari Chapter No: 23, Funerals (Al-Janaaiz) Hadith no: 423 Narrated: Abu Hurairah (radhiy Allahu anhu) The angel of death was sent to Moses and when he went to him, Moses slapped him severely, spoiling one of his eyes. The angel went back to his Lord,.. the hadith goes on..heard its an authentic hadith..but why did a messenger of Allah indulge in such an action?

The hadeeth is authentic. The angel startled Musa, peace be upon him by appearing like this and he was in the form of a human being. Therefore, Mosa defended himself and smacked him!

One maulana in the masjid gave a daleel of sahih Muslim saying Jabir Bin Abdullah (radiy Allahu anhu) narrates that the Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) once entered the masjid and told us why is that I am seeing you raising your hands like that of a horses tail, make sure you have sukoon in salaah. And then the maulana said this daleel is against rafayaain. can you please explain this?

It means that their message of monotheism and worshiping Allah is the same and the essence is one but they differ in small details.
