QUESTION: Hypocrites will walk over the sirat, but they aren’t Muslims, they are kafir, so I don’t understand. Aren’t kafir supposed to go to hell straight?

ANSWER: Those who walk over the sirat (the straight path) are all those who claimed to be Muslims whether truly or falsely. The hypocrite will fall into hell and won’t be able to cross it.

QUESTION: Sheikh, there’s a hadith which is as follows:”When authority is given to those who do not deserve it, then wait for the Hour.”(bukhari 6496 for full hadith) what does ‘wait’ for the hour mean?

QUESTION: A boy got a illness for which his face crooked to the left. On this incident,a brother was saying, There’s a hadith,”There will come punishment on this ummah like landslide, Distortion of appearance/face, thrown from above when singing, music and drinking will wide spread among people”.Is it ok to relate this hadith on such illness/incident?

ANSWER: No. this is prohibited and a Major sin as he is claiming that this is a punishment to that individual from Allah

QUESTION: Are the hadiths in Muslim and Bukhari about the Last Hour coming on Friday and after the sunset are valid? While it is evening in one part of the world, it is daytime in another part of the world, and it may even be Friday evening in one part and Saturday morning in another part of the world. Aren’t these hadiths valid for Muslims living in those regions ?

ANSWER: You will be compensated from their good deeds, equivalent to the money stolen, on the day of judgement and if they don’t have good deeds then your bad deeds would be accredited to them.

QUESTION: No friend will ask a friend although thry would be made to see each other. Friends on that day will be foes except the pious. Why have friends if no one will care?

ANSWER: There are several views among the scholars as to what this means. The view favored by Ibn Hajar is that there will be widespread disobedience among children, so that a child will treat his mother as a master treats his slave woman, with negligence and insults.
