My wife was told to read ruqiya in the salt after that she must pout in the water and clean her house everyday, they told her that salt is very good to remove the bad things in the house, is that shirk?

It can be! Salt is not known from Quran or sunnah to have any effect on such things! It might be a way to get closer to the Jinn so that they would leave the people alone and this would be shirk.

Is it allowed to kill a magician who uses magic to destroy muslims life inorder to usurp their wealth or inorder to rape daughters or wife of a muslim or merely does magic out of jealousy becoz he cannot digest the happiness of muslim. Or he does magic for an earning or he does magic inorder to enslave a muslim

This is not permissible. Only the Muslim ruler can do such a thing.

my question is that my daughter is suffering from severe hair fall, I think an evil eye has affected her. So is there any ayat in the Quran that I can recite?

It seems to me that this is not permissible even if you don’t believe in it because it is simulating those who disbelieve in Allah and believe in charms.

How should we treat our relatives when we come to know they are practicing sihr. No question of doubt here as it is eye witnessed. Not related by blood and they are defiant even after advising them.should we live with such people.

You must avoid them and keep your distance and deal with them as you deal with any sorcerer.

I am not getting pregnant so some lady who claims that she is possessed , told mother torecite Surat yusuf on some Ajwa dates and me and my husband should eat half half from each date daily. My mother did this and gave me date. Is it permissible to do like this and if not then can I eat it just like a normal Ajwa date without such niyyah or throw them away?

You must not think that it is an evil eye right away. Take her to a doctor and continue the ruqya.

There is a person who does ruqya and he is also able to tell the name of the person who did the magic on us and how he did that magic. Is it true that this person is pious enough to possess this special ability from Allah that he comes to know the name of sorcerer ? If not then what is the truth behind it?

Such people are soothsayers and one must not go to them or believe them.

I’m 50% sure I have sihr because I’ve self checked the symptoms. For the last couple of days my eyes have been so heavy when I wake up and during the day/evening. There’s times when my eyes are blurry? What should I do , I’m really scared and there’s no raqi close to where I live . May Allah cure me in Sha Allah

As long as you do your Athkar in the morning, evening, after prayers, before going to bed and before leaving the house, you have nothing to fear as you are protected with the grace of Allah.
