I wanted to know if there are any reports or narrations of what Rasulullah (sallahu allayhi wa salam) used to eat for suhoor?

I don’t know any specific type of food that the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to have for suhur.

Last year in Ramadan, I allowed shaytan to overpower me and I intentionally broke a fast intentionally by masturbating. Now I do not know what to do. Do I offer a kaffara and expiation along wiht making up the fast? Or Do I make up the ‘lost’ fast?

You should make up for that day and ask Allah for forgiveness and show Him sincere and deep remorse.

If it became too hard for her due to her age and she is unable, she may break her fast and make up after Ramadan. However, she should do this on day to day basis as some days she would be able to complete the day without a problem
