Ya sheik i know its haram to say your going to do something without intending to do it, but what if you said you were gonna do something with the intention of actually doing it, but then you didn’t want to after, is this still lying?

ANSWER: Istighfar is asking Allah to protect you from the punishment over a sin. Tawbah is repentance which is quitting the sin and feeling the remorse.

I wanted to know whether or not its Sunnah to do ruqya on yourself every night before you sleep (this means reading surah al falaq, surah al ihklaas, and surah nas) is this correct?

Reading it every night before going to sleep three times and wiping your body is Sunnah and this is not ruqya.

Sadaqa extinguish anger of Allaah and can be used to cure ill person. Is there any sunnah that sadaqa can be given with the intention of making an ease of difficult situation?

Sheikh my parents dont pray 5 times salah and they are not serious about islam . whenever i say to them offer the salah they will reply Allah is merciful ,He will forgive us .. please advice me how should i advice my parents ? should i be harsh on them ?

You must not be harsh with them. You must be kind, respectful and obedient with them and be an example.

Jabir said, “A Sa was sufficient for one who had more hair than you and was better than you (meaning the Prophet).” sheikh,according to this hadeeth,are we considered to be wasting water if we use more than one Sa’?Does one Sa’ mean 3 handful of water?
