Al Ikhwan Al Muslimoon is a group focused on gaining political ground and establishing an Islamic state. They have good things and bad things but they are trying to be moderate but end up in changing a lot of Islamic rulings on the ground that it is an issue of dispute among scholars and we can choose whatever we like. It goes without saying that this is not following the Quran and Sunnah.
As for Al Jama’ah Al Islamiyah, this is a group that claims to be salafi but they are not as they are more closer to giving Takfeer to everyone. They are more known as Jihad group calling for toppling governments and making all as disbelievers. One of their prominent leaders is Dr. Omer Abdul Rahman who is imprisoned in USA.
