You should spit three times on your left and seek refuge in Allah from Satan. if there is someone on your left, do it under your left foot

Can you explain how we should seek refuge with Allah while we are in the middle of praying, for example, in rukoo or in sujood or in the middle of reciting and we start losing concentration?
