No, these are Allah’s actions and can be His creation and that is not Allah’s attributes! Allah’s attributes are those that Allah is described by such as might, creation, hearing, seeing, generosity, mercy etc.

Can we say that whatever Allah does and did and will do are the attributes of Allah?
