ANSWER:

No, this is not permissible. 

When the imam is reciting the fateha, you must listen only and if you get a chance then you can recite it after he finishes but even if you don’t recite fateha behind the imam in loud rakah then also your prayer is valid. 

Can we recite the Fatiha in loud prayers before the imam finishes the Fatiha? (For example if we won’t have time to recite it afterwards because the imam recites only a short surah very quickly)
