ANSWER:

You can recite any surahs in the witr prayer, however Prophet salla Allahu aliaihi wa sallam used to often recite Surah Al A’ala in the first rakah, Surah Kafiroon in the second and Surah Ikhlas in the third rakah. 

Can we recite aytal kursi in witr prayer? Or dr is a specific surah to be recited?
