ANSWER:

Why would you want to do this!

You must declare the marriage so that everyone knows you both are legally married.

You can throw a party or walima later on and invite everyone. Repeating the marriage contract is not permissible.

Can we do nikah in front of our parents only the bride and her parents and groom and his parents and not tell anyone else in family. Can we marry the person again in front of the whole family ? So that they dont feel offended to not witness the nikah ( without telling them its the 2nd time doing nikah )
