ANSWER:

The enemies of Islam are those who persecute the Muslims in the name of religion and fight them wherever they are. Those who do not fight or oppress Muslims and they are peaceful to them, they are not enemy of Islam and Muslims and we must be kind to them. 

Can we believe that each and every non Muslim is an enemy of Allaah and can it be considered in particular in terms of any kaafir?
