ANSWER:

The awrah must be covered even in front of other men, which is from the navel to the knees. One must not wear tights that reveal his awrah. 

Shaving the legs is permissible. 

Can men wear briefs (a type of underwear) during swimming and shave their legs, both of these aid in swimming by reducing drag while swimming? which one of these is permissible?
