ANSWER:

Ishraq is prayed only in the masjid. 

If you were used to praying ishraq in the masjid regularly then Allah will reward you for it even if you are not able to do now because of the circumstances. 

You can pray duha.

Can I pray ishraq at home during the lockdown? Will I get the reward of complete umrah and hajj?
