I have a query on zakah from a woman. Her husband is poor and owns a spectacles business, which he opened through taking loans from people. The business is not doing well and he has no savings, and his creditors want their money back. His stock has reached nisab but he does not have the income to pay. Is he still obligated to pay zakah and how without any savings?
