In order for you to lease a car, there has to be a number of conditions to be fulfilled:

1- The insurance must be on the company leasing you.
2- The maintenance must be on the company leasing you with the exception of operational maintenance such as oil etc.
3- There shouldn’t be another contract stating that you will own the car afterwards as this involves two contracts in the same deal.
