It is one of the conditions of salat to pray it after it is due. It is not permissible to pray it even if one minute before its time unless one is joining prayers, as in the case of travelling and this is only valid for Asr and Isha.

Can anyone pray As-salaat in advance,for example if anyone Pary Fajr Salaat 30 min before ,or anyone pray Asr after Zuhr, Or anyone pray Isha after Maghrib?
