1- She can forgive him as this was an assault. However, Allah will not forgive him for his sin unless he repents.

2- If he reverts to Islam and he is not caught for his crime, Allah will forgive him.

Can a rape victim forgive the rapist ? Also, What will be the punishment for the rapist if he converts to islam ?
