My maternal aunt is a widow,she has no children and parents also dead.She has three apartments in India . If my maternal aunt wants to GIFT me one of her Apartment,What is the correct Islamic Process,Should she write in her handwriting that she has GIFTED so and so apartment to me with 2 male witness signature ,is that enough ? kindly elaborate

Our father spent his Life working and after he retired we bought our own Flat from his money in the year 1992 that time my 2 sister were married and my elder brother was also married except myself and younger brother that time were un married.(Our family tree now -Mother & Father ;1st Sister(married in 1988);2nd Brother married in 1992;3rd Sister married in 1990;4th i& 5th son married in recently. is there any sharia share for sister in this flat which is basically our house for residence owned by father. Also whatever Father Bank Balance what is the share for sister if any. Please send your opinion on how much share for 3 brother and 2 sister if any as per sharia.
