ANSWER:

Women must not wear eye catching garments or decorated ones in front of non mahrams and when they go out. 

By avoiding decorations and glitters,can women wear printed outer garments?Such as white/navy blue clothes in which flowers/dots/lines are printed or striped?Or should we wear only one colored clothes?

There is a sister began to wear the hijab about 4 years ago.When she began to wear it,she developed red spots on her head & it slowly went to her face.She went to 7 different doctors who told her to change the material of the hijab,change her diet,gave her shampoo & conditioner that has medicine,recited Surah Al-Baqarah on zam zam,but no result.She took off her hijab.What’s your advise?
