When traveling, one doesn’t have to be sick or weak to skip fasting.
Traveling by itself is a sufficient excuse.

Breaking fast while travelling due to weakness or dizzyness comes under excuse while travelling & one makes up for the day missed or have to expiate? Effect of medicines taken resulted in severe weakness & cramping in stomach forcing to break fast twice while travelling.
