This is not part of the supplications of Wudhu. It is weak regarding Wudhu.

Before we start wudhu, can we say “Bismillah” and the following dua اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي وَوَسِّعْ لِي فِي دَارِي وَبَارِكْ لِي فِي رِزْقِي in the Bathroom?
