You can raise your hands at that time as this is a time of answering. You are doing that not because it is after fard prayer but rather because it is the last hour of Friday.

Based on your website and videos I have concluded that it is bid’ah to raise the hands and make dua after prayer as this is the time for Dhikr. However, let us say I want to make dua after Asr on Friday as the time between Asr and Maghrib on Friday is a time for dua. Should I not raise my hands during this time? When can I raise my hands and make dua?
