ANSWER:

No problem in this and its not backbiting cuz it’s nothing personal, it’s work related and necessary for better performance of the team. 

At my workplace,lately there have been a lot of mistakes/misses happening in the team in our work. Many of my teammates have started complaining about others and their mistakes . I have been told to do the same by my teammates if i find such misses by the team. As this will quality of performance. I want to know if this is considered as backbiting.
