Wa alaikum salaam

If you believe that the adhaan of fajr was not due, it is valid.

Assalaamu alaikum, . one day I intended to fast and I woke up for the suhoor and the time for fajr is 4:45 am in our area.At 4:44 am I drank water and continued drinking till I saw that the time was 4:45 am. When I saw that the time was 4:45am I just drank what was in my mouth and then stopped drinking.Is my fasting valid?

Assalamualaikum Shaikh. My mother has passed away last year, 15 days after Eid, due to lung cancer. During Ramadan, my mother couldn’t fast due to chemotherapy. Should I as her children, to give qadha for all of her 30days non-fasting days? And if yes, should I do it anytime in my convenience or before next Ramadan? Jazakallahukhair
